Science can amuse and fascinate us all, but it is engineering that changes the world
I have always been fascinated by IT and electronics as well as the mechanisms essential to running a successful business. Studying to become M.Sc in Operations and Supply Chain Management I have discovered that my passion is global business development, production optimization and interaction in supply chains.
To me, analyzing a company’s supply chains, reaching a result and creating a strategy that generates increased value is an interesting challenge. I experienced the process first hand lately while implementing SAP and TS-16949 in Danfoss.
Throughout the implementation I have trained my co-workers in the new system MM, PP, WS and QM. Furthermore I have taken part in customizing SAP and making improvements to the system while aligning business processes according to TS.
I’m a team player and it gives me a kick to optimize!

i love music
I might be one of the only Engineers who knows exactly how mix reggaeton, tropical & house. For the past 15 years I’ve spend all my spare time being a professional deejay. Building my own mobile discotheque from scratch I have learned to hit the right buttons – even when I am under pressure. My passion is my job as an Engineer and I love to be a deejay, and I am convinced that the skills I have obtained in both areas complement each other perfectly.

The brand “Kasper DJ” is a recognized and respected mainstream deejay, with more than 15 years experience behind the turntable desk. In my own way with the alias Kasper DJ I have been breaking down the discotheques and clubs in Denmark and abroad. I have created an unforgettable atmosphere at the after ski resort in Bad Gastein – Austria, and not least with my ability to communicate with my audience, I bombed the cheerful party place – Sunny Beach, Bulgaria with my extraordinary tunes. With a huge technical experience you are always guaranteed your party to be a success, with Kasper DJ behind the desk. His special way to connect and play all kinds of music you are ensure an imaginative new event.

You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy a ski pass. I prefer the Alpes in the winter time with a pair of skiis or a snowboard. The last years I have traveled with my girlfriend or friends in general. Just to mention a few destinations; Bad Gastein, Austria – Borovets, Bulgaria – Val Thorens, France.

Runtastic or Gymnastic?
Sometimes new relations can be a catalyst to start up something you thought was a closed chapter…
… After several half- and full marathons in 2004 I lost the interest in running the longer distances. It was simply too time demanding and also not to forget mentioning the physical wear. Instead I started to combine the sport of running shorter distances with spring gymnastic (tumbling) and Fitness strength training. I have always enjoyed the exercise and to keep track of my performance mainly to develop a baseline and then start competing with myself. In 2017 I was challenged by my girlfriend to run another half marathon and in 2018 i bought an Apple Watch to set my goals and make it happen. And here were are a runtastic revival!

Over time I have become a bit of a nerd when it comes to my dream about the concept FIRE – Financial Independence, Retire Early. I have been fascinated about economy since building my own entertainment business planning and prioritizing the available ressources to expand the company.
