The One ERP project is the backbone of Danfoss’ digital transformation. I play a key role as a Business Consultant in the Quality Management team. With One ERP we are merging 19 different systems and templates into ONE – with an unprecedented speed and scale. With this digital leap we are increasing digital customer experience, enabling growth – and reducing complexity. From bootcamp to Go-live, each release is a milestone in our digital transformation. 27 percent of Danfoss’ turnover is now covered by One ERP and we are continuing our digital journey – even when it’s tough. My key role being Business Consultant in the Quality Mangement team.

Quality Management Systems
As part of the Danfoss Core & Clear strategy to get basic rights I ensured sustainability by implementing the IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Quality Standard & Business Process Management in Danfoss Redan A/S. I take part in securing compliance and stabilizing the organization by writing the required documentation of the Quality Management System, like manuals, procedures, and instructions. Working with the AIAG methodologies and techniques for 6 years has been highly addictive and i find that you really start living the risk-based thinking combined with the core tools – at the end of the day I believe living “Quality” is the only key success for continuous improvement.
